WHAT IS MYINNERFRIENDS?
MyInnerFriends is a method that transforms deep psychological understanding into a practical tool you can actually use.
We all carry different parts within us — parts that feel, react and influence our choices.
MyInnerFriends makes these inner parts visible through illustrations, personalities and reflection.
It becomes easier to understand what is happening inside us —
in the moment, in relationships and throughout life.

The method is inspired by established psychological theories about inner parts.
WHAT IS MYINNERFRIENDS?
The Inner Friends begins with the story of Selma and an ordinary day in her life. What happens during the day affects her — but what happens inside her is where the real story begins.
Inside Selma, her “Inner Friends” awaken — a group of emotional characters that influence her reactions, choices and behaviour. By getting to know them and helping Selma understand them, children develop emotional awareness, understanding and a shared language for feelings.
The Inner Friends at School
A ready-to-use digital program with 10 modules where children learn to understand emotions and develop a shared emotional language for what happens inside.
The digital program is complemented by a physical classroom kit.
Creates safer groups and better conversations — directly, with no preparation needed.
